At Pure Day Spa, we value the time and well-being of both our guests and our team. Every appointment is reserved especially for you, and we kindly ask for your cooperation with our cancellation guidelines.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-Shows

• Missed appointments without notice will result in a no-show fee, which may be charged to the card on file.
• Multiple no-shows may require a deposit to secure future bookings.

Late Arrivals

• To respect the schedule of all our guests, please arrive on time.
• Arriving late may shorten your service time so that we may accommodate the next appointment.

First-Time Guests

• First-time clients are kindly asked to call the spa directly to confirm their initial appointment.
• This helps us welcome you properly and ensures your booking is secure.
