I booked an appointment for myself and my 14-year old daughter and I have to say Pure Spa exceeded my expectations. I am originally from Toronto and would get microdermabrasion religiously, every 6 weeks. I have not been doing it for a while as I have not found a place that would pass muster here in Windsor. The microdermabrasion treatment I got from Bea today was the best I’ve had in the 15 or so years, Ive been having it done. She was thorough yet gentle and provides excellent customer service. The spa was immaculate and the staff very professional. My daughter had a very pleasant experience with Erin. She couldn’t wait to come back. I am definitely coming back!

Pure Day Spa, is hands down, one of the best spas in Windsor. Their staff immediately smile and greet me as soon as I walked, and treat me like I’m at a 5-star hotel. They’re service is immaculate. I’ve had my nails done in shellac twice, and both estheticians, Diane and Sarah, were precise and thorough in their work! They take their time, the gel doesn’t peel like it would when I’ve had it done at other nail salons. They also offered me coffee or tea and a snack if I wanted as well. They catered to my every need. This spa is the perfect one stop shop when you have an event right after to refresh and glam up. I’ll never go anywhere else again !
